"I'm less interested in simply reading the words, and more interested in making the listener feel the story."

Lesley has always loved acting, storytelling, and books. She performed in college and community theater, and after a long career working with books as a librarian, voiceover felt like the perfect way to bring those two passions back together.

She has now narrated and produced nine audiobooks in genres ranging from nonfiction and memoir to romance and children's books. Her style is warm, natural, and conversational — she brings an actor's love of character and emotion, along with a librarian's love of books and connection with her audience.
